Delete Your N-ALERT Account

Osakwe Elite Staffing & Services Ltd provides users with the ability to request deletion of their N-ALERT account and associated personal data.

How To Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account directly inside the N-ALERT mobile application:

1. Open the N-ALERT app
2. Login to your account
3. Open Settings
4. Select "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your account deletion request

Data That Will Be Deleted

When an account is deleted, the following data will be removed:

• User account information
• Name and profile details
• Email address associated with the account
• Emergency contacts saved in the app
• User preferences
• Account records connected to the application

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required for security purposes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or business records required by applicable laws.

Request Deletion Without App Access

If you cannot access your N-ALERT account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team.
